Plain Flour

Sugar Biscuits

For this recipe you'll need:
  • 1 bowl
  • 1 electric mixer
  • 1 spatula
  • 1 rolling pin
  • 1 oven tray with baking paper
  • (optional) cookie cutters
Start by mixing the sugar and butter in a bowl until it looks light and fluffy. Then beat in the egg and vanilla extract until fully incorporated. The mixture may stick to the side of the bowl, use the spatula to scrape off the sides. Remove the bowl from the electric mixer and stir in the flour little by little using the spatula. The dough should appear soft but not sticky. 
Roll the dough with a thickness of 0.5 cm and cut out biscuits using your chosen cookie cutter(s).
 
Bake the biscuits for around 8-10 minutes (at 170°C) or until lightly golden brown on the top. Leave to chill for a few minutes and enjoy!

Flour

2 Bananas

Mashed

Banana Bread

For this recipe you'll need:
  • 1 bowl
  • 1 electric mixer
  • 1 450gr loaf tin
Before starting this recipe, prepare the loaf tin by buttering the base and sprinkling some flour over the top. Start heating the oven at 180°C Fan.
First, mix the sugar and butter until it looks light and fluffy. Then beat in the eggs and mashed bananas until fully incorporated. Now add the self-raising flour and the baking powder until the mixture looks smooth. Remove the bowl from the electric mixer and pour the mixture into the load tin. 
 
Bake the banana bread for around 1 hour (at 180°C) or until lightly golden brown on the top. You will also know when it's ready when the skewer comes out clean. Leave to chill for a few minutes and enjoy!

200 ml

Milk

300 gr.

Self Raising Flour

Cinnamon

2 egg  yolks

1 tbsp

Sugar

Cinnamon Rolls

For this recipe you'll need:
  • 1 bowl
  • 1 electric mixer
  • 1 rolling pin
  • 1 oven tray with baking paper
Ingredients:
(for the dough)
350 gr. self-raising flour
100 gr. butter, melted
200 ml milk
2 egg yolks
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon
Before starting this recipe, pre-heat the oven at 180°C (fan oven).
Mix the flour, sugar, salt and cinnamon in a bowl, leave to the side. In another bowl, whisk the butter, egg yolks and milk until combined. Now add the dry ingredients to the mixture and mix with a spatula until fully combined. Knead the dough into a ball. Roll the dough into a rectangle on a flat surface (add flour to the surface before rolling).
For the filling, mix all ingredients into a bowl and spread evenly onto the dough. Now roll the dough lengthways like a swiss roll. Brush with some milk and cut in circles. Place on a tray with baking paper and leave in the over for around 30 minutes or until golden brown.
